Our VBS theme this year is Breaker Rock Beach. The theme reminds us that amidst the shifting sand of our world, God is rock solid. That is why our main focus is "God's Truth Never Changes." The verse is Romans 12:2 which says, "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."

In this recap lesson, we go over some of Paul’s letter to Timothy in the New Testament. We are reminded how the Bible tells us about God’s plan for people to have forgiveness through Jesus! In this lesson, God goes before Joshua and the Israelites into the Promised Land, and once again shows His mighty power so they trust Him! This weekend, Saturday night service kids and dbKids Disciples will be going over the story of Job. Sunday, the nursery will be learning about how God made our hands & fingers, ages 3 through 4th grade will be going over the 2nd G of DBCC: “growing”, and our 2nd service 5th graders will be going over why we can trust the Bible.
