GOD MADE ME SERIES
God Made My Hands & Fingers
God made the human hand to be different from other animals, as we have fingers and a thumb that work together to help us grab, hold and do things. With our hands we can hold someone’s hand, pick up our food, pet our puppies, clap. (Show kids by using their hands or our own.) We also have fingers that let us feel soft things or rough, fuzzy or smooth, etc. (Offer them some of the sensory objects so they can feel. Talk about how amazing our hands and fingers are that God has made!)

Why Should I Trust the Bible?
We can trust God’s Word because its source is the source of all truth. Timothy 3:16 reads, “All Scripture is inspired by God.” The literal interpretation of the word inspired means “God-breathed.” Therefore, God Himself is the Author of Scripture. The Bible is everything God wanted us to know about Himself, His redemptive story (God’s plan to redeem people who trust in Him), and how we should live. God sent His Son, Jesus, to testify to His Word. What’s more, Jesus came to fulfill the words spoken about Him in the Old Testament, and He used the words written about Himself to teach truth.
