What is Respite Care?

Respite Care is designed to give the caregiver(s) and family of a person with special needs or disabilities a break. Taking a break is vital for the caregiver and their families. 

dbKids Resource is happy to announce that we’ll be partnering with Joni&Friends to host a half day respite day on February 17th, 2024. This will be hosted at DBCC from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. 

Children with special needs and their siblings are all welcome to attend. Sign up here.

Be sure to also look into Joni&Friends Family Retreat. This is a time for the whole family to get poured into.
