God Made Bunnies & Monkeys
(Get stuffed animals, or show kids pictures of the animals) Today we are going to learn about two kinds of animals that are covered in fur. We’re going to learn about the bunnies and the monkeys that God made! Bunnies are quiet and cute little hopping creatures with big ears, big eyes and puffy tails. They hear us from far away and will stop and not move if they think we want to catch them. Monkeys, on the other hand, are not quiet. What does a monkey say? That’s right… eeee eeee ahhh ahhhh. They are constantly talking and moving around, swinging through the trees and climbing up and down. God made both bunnies and monkeys to be exactly how He wanted them to be so they could survive and live safely in their homes. Let’s be sure to thank God for making and giving us these animals to enjoy.

Who does God say I am?
God says people are created in His image. He made us to reflect Him…Because God is the Creator, He has the authority to determine our identity and purpose. Even though we are all very different in how we look, how we think, and the things we like, we were all made to reflect Him to other people around us.
